Kentucky Family Association

Data Entry and Management

My job responsibilities included updating phone numbers, mailing addresses, donation records, and roles assigned to each individual in our main database. I also added and removed people from the database as needed, as well as sent birthday cards and thank you cards to donors. That database included records corresponding to well over 150,000 people in it.

I was also responsible for managing the Voter Voice email database for the organization, which grew substantially during my time there.

Videography and Photography

I filmed and photographed at several regular events, including candidate forums, national day of prayer meetings, conservative group meetings, and rallies at our state capitol building at Frankfort, Kentucky, as well as filmed the weekly television program The Rest of the News from 2014-2021.

Website Design and Transition Management

I redesigned websites upon the managed transition from Webs to Wix, which I had recommended in light of wonkiness of the user interface and some serious problems that required reworking the websites while we were still using Webs. (Vistaprint bought out Webs and discontinued that platform for website creation later.) For Dr. Frank G. Simon, I redesigned the Kentuckians for Freedom, Kentucky Doctors for Life, Simon Allergy PSC, Kentucky Tea Party, Freedom's Heritage Forum PAC, American Family Association of Kentucky, and At the Name of Jesus websites.

Here are print-screens or screen-shots of what the Kentucky Tea Party website looked like after I had redesigned it.
