Poetry 101

Completed in between my high school graduation and first year of university, Poetry 101 was my first published book. It is noteworthy for including the only sonnet that I have ever written, as well as several classic poems, such as "The Golden Moon," "The Proposal," and one of my first poems, "What Is White?"
God of Awe
Original version completed 2013
I wrote and co-composed the hymn "God of Awe" with David John Stephens, who I photographed too (see image to the right). The wording in the hymn is slightly different from the original poem, though. This version available for download is slightly different from the original version too. David went on to write other hymns or religious poems.
Scripture's Preservation Reliability
Equipped Vol. 1, No. 4 (June 27th, 2015)
This article somewhat revised and expanded the former macro-scale figures on the preservation of selected ancient documents, including New Testament documents. Geographical distribution of some early manuscripts of the documents are also noted. This work builds on various sources, including the work of Clay Jones (Biola, 2014) as well as information from the LDAB and other databases and museums. These advancements were substantial, though some improvement still needs to be made.
Signature Sounds Series
Holy Grail of Jazz book coming soon
The Signature Sounds series in total will have over 1,000 pages of references to quality and classic music. The series focuses on the classical, epic, jazz, rock, and electronic genres, with sections of religious and holiday music also. The books focus on music made in Japan, Europe, and the United States but include some other classics also.
